Which exercise is best for reducing anxiety or depression Is it walking or running or aerobics or gymming or anything else?

I think any exercise will do. I suggest that you get it done with other people like in gyms to make it more fun and enjoyable.

Yoga and Pilates works great too. They are less vigorous, focused and relaxing.
