Share your weight gain issues here.
My self-esteem was affected after I noticed that I had remarkable weight gain. This also affected my mood so I have to change my mindset and decided to lose some pounds.

Fat doesnt make you stupid , but too much fat can make it difficult for the blood to flow (deliver oxygen) to your brain and that may be a problem for some
